Shipping Information: Guciano ships orders via United Parcel Service (UPS), United States Postal Service (USPS), FedEx, and DHL. We offers free shipping within the US and Canada for all orders over $200 USD.
After placing the order, you will receive an order confirmation email that can be used as a reciept. The next day you can go back to www.guciano.net to track your order by entering your tracking number which you receive on your email by shipping carriers.
Returns & Exchanges Return Policy: Guciano offers one of the easiest return policies on the online stores. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your unworn* purchase within 90 days for exchange or refund. *Shoes must be unworn and re-saleable. We do not guarantee wear.
